Happy or not with promotion to div 7 ?
Just got this e-mail question from a fan.
Hello Erik Nogwat
I just saw your promotion, are you happy?
What are the future plans for developing your team. Especially with Louis van de Kroon,Wilco Bette ,Allan Ablett and Xalvador Corrales.Scouting new talents?
Can you also give me the potentials of the 4 riders?
Congratz, good luck and i think you are doing a great job.
Hugs and kisses a big fan Delilah.
After looking at the books it seems she is my only customer in the merchandise shop.Only for that reason i need to love her and she deserves a honest answer.
And who wouldn't like fanmail :).
my answer:
Hello dear delilah
First of all thank you for the mail and with the compliment (just a day after compliments day here in the netherlands).
I will give u an honest answer on the first question.
At first i was delighted with the promotion. Then i saw the calendar and got depressed.
I saw almost no races, at least not for my team. So almost no FUN and excitemend by watching at the finish line who come's first around the corner.
No money for training and no races after 4 training sessions.
The only income will come from u buying in the shop. And from some jobs the riders can do.
The first race is on march the 6th (day 70) but no rider will have a decent DP.
After that i found 3 races i probably will ride on march the 15th. 19th. and 22th with louis and some other riders in topform (i hope)
The second question about devoloping my team.
I will give u the answer rider by rider
Louis van de Kroon:
Maxed to early on 44, was very dissapointed. He still must be capable to get some results.
CL: Good 47
DH: Small 29
HL: Good 75
SP: Small 50
FR: Good 66
CB: Small 26
TT: Small 28
TQ: Good 28
Wilco Bette:
He is to old (28) to train, altough he has reasonable potentials and already some results. With some luck i will find a race where he can be captain and otherwise he will be a pace setter in climbs.
CL: Incredible (65)
DH: Average (32)
HL: Small (31)
SP: Small (32)
FR: Small (32)
CB: Average (26)
TT: None (25)
TQ: Average (32)
Allan Ablett:A young (22) australian cobbler talent.
First i will train his tq to 64 (150 LO points) and after that i go for Cobbling and hope he doesn't max to early.
This training probably won't be as quick as i want it to. And then hope for some cb races.
The reason is no races after 4 sessions and no money to pay for it.
CL: Small (37)
DH: None (29)
HL: Small (27)
SP: Good (39) Trained a little
FR: None (47) max
CB: Incredible (26)
TT: Small (28)
TQ: Good (54) in training
Xalvador Corrales:
It completely depends on the development of Allan, if the aussie maxe's high i will train him so he can be a good teammate.
Otherwise i am still not sure, probably sell him.
Potential:
CL: Average (39)
DH: Small (29)
HL: None (25)
SP: Good (30)
FR: Average (30)
CB: Good (27)
TT: None (26)
TQ: Small (28)
About scouting no money. if i scout i can't buy them
I think this will answer your questions. If you have other questions i will answer them.
Delilah can i publish this conversation as my first press release?
Maybe u can support my riders by one (some) of the next races, it will give them a boost to see u standing there in the team shirt.
If i meet u at a race i will arange a greet and meet with the team.
Thanks a lot for being a fan of Eriknogwat.
Greetz Erik Nogwat
P.s i hope the english isn't that bad.
She said a very short yes about publishing.
No time to mail i am going on holiday (and will maybe find a rider for you)

Pitty from van der Kroon, nice rider... I would concentrate on maxing one other rider, you might still get decent money for the other talents... Training too many riders at once is too slow and expensive...
nice
